RIP Maestro
Pavorotti died this morning. He will be sorely missed. I shed more than a few tears today listening to him sing. He was truly gifted. We are lucky he shared that gift with the world. RIP
I cried listening to Pavorotti and James Brown singing 'It's a Man's World' together, and I actually rather loathe that song. They sang it so beautifully, and somehow it really worked. And afterwards, they hugged each other, and I thought to myself that now they are both gone and it is the end of an era.
I'm a Scottish quine fae the North East of Scotland, married to a wonderful American from Indianapolis. Right now we are in N'awlins and are loving it [definitely beats the 6 years in Ohio!!]
